The House of Representatives is taking action this week intended to end an abusive Internal Revenue Service (IRS). On Wednesday (April 20), the House passed H.R. 4885, the IRS Oversight While Eliminating Spending (OWES) Act of 2016. This bill would require the IRS to make fees collected from taxpayers subject to Congressional oversight for the first time.

“I assume if climate’s changing, it’s changing in Arkansas, as well as other places. So I did a little research and found out the number of forest fires in Arkansas has actually decreased over the past 20 years. It’s either held level or slightly decreased as our management has continued to increase. So apparently the climate change isn’t affecting forest fires in my state.
