Bruce Westerman, R-District 4, presents an award to Lakeside High School student, Maurice Bradford, on Tuesday during a reception honoring the winners of the Congressional Art Competition at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Bradford tied for third place for his work "Together as One," in which he used charcoal as his medium.
