Westerman Lauds the 21st Century Dyslexia Act

Congressman Westerman's summer interns had a friendly competition to see whose speech Westerman would read on the House floor. The winner was Emily for her speech on Westerman's bipartisan legislation, the 21st Dyslexia Act, which ensures children with dyslexia are never left behind.
