Westerman Concludes Everyday Heroes Tour

WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) released the following statement after concluding his Everyday Heroes tour:

“When COVID-19 hit, Arkansans stepped up to the plate and kept our country running. From grocery store clerks, to truck drivers, to PPE suppliers, to farm workers, thousands of people immediately shifted operations to meet an increased demand. I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity this month to thank many of the men and women who worked behind the scenes to keep shelves stocked and supply chains running during the pandemic. Each of you are heroes, and I’m grateful for your service to fellow Americans!”


During the 2020 August work period, Westerman traveled around the Fourth District to thank the men and women who kept businesses operating during COVID-19. In total, he visited:
